Refund Policy

We want you to be confident subscribing to JKDigital. This policy explains when a refund is available for subscription plans and wallet credit top-ups paid via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or card.

1. Free Plan & Trial Credits

The Free plan and the 50 free credits granted on signup do not involve any payment and are therefore not eligible for a refund, as no charge was made.

2. Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Business)

  • Before activation: If you submit payment but your plan has not yet been activated by our team, you may cancel and request a full refund by contacting us on WhatsApp or email with your payment reference.
  • Within 48 hours of activation, with minimal usage: If your plan has been active for less than 48 hours and you have used less than 10% of your monthly credit allotment, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact support to request this.
  • After significant usage or beyond 48 hours: Once you have used 10% or more of your monthly credits, or more than 48 hours have passed since activation, subscription payments are non-refundable, since credits are consumed against actual AI provider usage costs on our end. You may still cancel auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or charged an incorrect amount due to a system error, we will refund the difference in full once verified.

3. Wallet Credit Top-Ups

Wallet credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, since they do not expire and remain available for you to use at any time. If a top-up payment was verified but credits were not added to your wallet due to a technical error, contact support and we will add the missing credits or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

4. Service Issues

If you experience a verified, sustained service outage that prevents you from using credits you already paid for, contact support — we will either extend your billing period, credit your account, or issue a partial refund proportional to the affected period, at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email engg.junaidkhan@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 323 6366806 with your account email, payment reference/transaction ID, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used) within 5–10 business days, depending on your provider's processing time.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly through support. Accounts that repeatedly file chargebacks without first contacting us may be suspended pending investigation.
