This Privacy Policy explains how JKDigital ("JKDigital", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website and AI chat platform (the "Service"). 1.1 Information you provide directly
- Account information: full name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Profile information you choose to add, such as an avatar image.
- Payment-related information: the plan or credit pack you purchase, the payment method used (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or card), and transaction reference numbers. We do not store your JazzCash/EasyPaisa PIN or full card numbers.
- Content you submit: chat messages, uploaded files, and any text or attachments you send through the Service.
- Support communications: messages sent through our contact form, WhatsApp, or in-app support tickets.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and session data: device identifier, browser type, IP address, and approximate location (city/country level), used for security and enforcing device limits tied to your plan.
- Usage data: which models you use, credits consumed, and general interaction patterns with the Service, used to operate the Auto model router and prevent abuse.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme.
1.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google in accordance with your Google account settings and Google's own privacy policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and authenticate you across devices.
- To process payments, activate subscriptions, and maintain your credit balance.
- To operate the core Service: routing your messages to the AI provider(s) you select or that Auto mode selects, and returning responses to you.
- To send transactional emails (verification codes, password resets, low-balance alerts, receipts).
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- To improve the Service, including analyzing aggregated, de-identified usage trends.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- AI providers: When you send a message, the relevant content is transmitted to the AI provider powering the model you selected (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, or Moonshot AI) solely to generate a response. Each provider processes this data under its own privacy terms.
- Payment facilitation: For manual payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer), payment confirmation may involve our support team reviewing the screenshot/reference you provide via WhatsApp.
- Service providers: Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, file storage) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of JKDigital, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and chat history for as long as your account remains active, so you can revisit past conversations. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (such as payment records) for accounting or legal compliance purposes.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, encrypted storage of sensitive provider credentials, and rate limiting to prevent abuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- You can review and update your account information at any time from your account settings.

- You can sign out of individual devices from your Devices page, or sign out of all devices at once.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
